One of the most highly anticipated exhibits of the year returns to the Arts Council of Wilson this Friday, November 12th with the Holiday Invitational Art Show and Sale 2010. The galleries are filled for the holidays with the art of over forty local and regional artists in a variety of mediums including woodcarving, pottery, metal sculptures of all sizes, paintings, jewelry, and unique fabric art. Find a perfect gift for yourself or those on your shopping list during regular Arts Council hours of Tuesday through Friday from 10 am–5:00 pm and Saturdays from 10:00 am–3:00 pm. The Arts Council will also participate in the December Festive Fridays by being open until 8:00 pm on December 10th and 17th. Be sure to make the Holiday Invitational Arts Show and Sale, which runs through December 28th, a can't miss destination this year!
